Use your physical address overseas

I'm OCONUS (dependent-restricted) and filed a I-130 for my wife who is in the States on a J-1 visa.  I used my FPO address and received my initial I-797C Notice of Action without any problems.

I think your APO would be fine and if you want to be through put your physical in country address under Additional Information.  APO/FPO is pretty much your physical address.  If you are on base USPS isn't going to deliver your mail to your house... you will go to the post office to pick it up.

Good Luck!
