4 years ago I filed an i129F for someone. Since we parted our ways I let the process expire. I got an email stating that it expired in 2022.
I have recently married another person who is in his processing of getting e green card through another case.

i was wondering if I could apply for an i130 for him but I am not certain if my previous i129f would be a red flag to the USCIS.

I also read online about multiple file wavers. Does this apply to me even though I filed and got approved  4 years ago?
Will the i129f be a red flag?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

The previous I-129F is not an issue.  Hold on to the notice that it expired.

What do you mean "through another case"?  Did someone else file an I-130 for your spouse?  Parents, brother, sister?  If so, I believe the previous I-130 will need to be cancelled before you can file a new I-130 for him.
