Congratulations!  What was your last submission date? Did you receive 2 RFE's or any?

Hi, we submitted everything on February 25th after receiving second RFE on February 20th. Original submission August 28, 2021 and received first RFE on November 16, 2021.

The embassy in Budapest agreed to expedite our case once they have received the documents from the NVC - any idea how long the wait might be to receive an interview date?

Got RFE for th second time, asking for my 1099 although I have  submitted  first time

Resubmitted  February 27

Maybe call them and ask for a re-review. What was the first RFE asking for? Was all the financial documents accepted the first time?

Everything  accepted  except  my i864  was not clear so it was edit, and now

See this is what I mean why didn't they ask for them both when you got RFE'd the first time!? So frustrating. They are asking for the 1099 for 2020, right? Not 2021 Hopefully the review time goes down so you can be reviewed again faster!

NVC is taking 77days for reviews. I submitted yesterday a new birth certificate for a RFE

I submitted the different documents as separate files. As stated earlier by etrangais that we do not need to submit these as we had submitted the application way back in time last year. But since we may need to bring  the new documents to the visa interview, and I do not want to wait another round of RFE, so I submitted anyway. The new documents were reviewed and marked accepted.

I have a puzzling question: I received three emails from NVC on 5/5 stating that  all the documents are complete and they will contact the consulate to schedule the interview. But as I login the CEAC account, it contained two messages saying "All required applicant documents have been received and approved"and "Documentarily qualified". However there are two documents marked missing, although the two "missing" documents are within the accepted list of documents, and I can open them with no problem. These were accepted in the February already (before the first RFE). What should I do? I have sent a inquiry request to NVC and trying to call them, but it is so hard to get through.

Just got email with an appointment for June 15! Things seem to be moving pretty quickly at the Budapest embassy. Cheers Everyone :)

Hello! I know this varies depending on the country, but I was wondering if someone could share how long it took for NVC to transfer their case to the embassy. We just got DQ'd so are wondering how long we might be waiting. My husband is in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
