Finally finished assembling our I-130 packet. Sharing my content table in the hopes to help others and to get feedback. Will work on AOS next. In the meantime, does this look ready to go? 

 

1.     A check for $535.00 to cover the filing fee

2.     Form G-1145 e-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

3.     Form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative

4.     Form I-130A, Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary, for the beneficiary

5.     Two (2) photos of the petitioner

6.     Two (2) photos of the beneficiary

7.     Petitioner’s U.S. passport

8.     Petitioner’s U.S. birth certificate

9.     Beneficiary’s current passport

10.  Beneficiary’s birth certificate

11.  Certified translation of beneficiary’s birth certificate

12.  Beneficiary’s I-94

13.  Marriage certificate of petitioner and beneficiary

14.  Evidence of bona fide marriage

a.     Shared finances:

                                               i.     Bank statements of joint checking account

                                             ii.     Credit card statement of beneficiary, of which petitioner is an authorized user

                                           iii.     Credit card of beneficiary and petitioner

b.     Shared address:

                                               i.     Official tenancy statement of shared address

                                             ii.     Petitioner Indiana Driver’s License

                                           iii.     Beneficiary Indiana State ID

                                            iv.     Beneficiary and petitioner mails

                                             v.     Petitioner paystub

c.     Flight receipts and travel itineraries of visits and trips from 2018 to present

d.     Photos spanning from 2018 to present in chronological order

e.     Screenshots of email & text communication and social media screenshots
