....NOW IM ALSO WORRIED ABOUT THE AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT...I WORK AS A REDIDENTIAL MANAGER IN MANHATTAN NEW YORK...I AM GIVEN A 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT IN WHICH SHE WILL COME WITH HER SON...I MAKE ABOUT 55K A YEAR AND ANOTHER 10-13K IN TIPS AROUND CHRISTMAS TIME...I HAVE A MORTGAGE FOR A CONDO I OWN IN NEW JERSEY...IT WILL BE RENTED OUT AND ALMOST COMPLETELY PAY ITSELF OFF...MY WORRY IS THAT I READ SOMEWHERE THAT THE MINIMUM A PERSON CAN MAKE WHEN PUTTING A PETITION THROUGH IS 77K...IS THIS TRUE

I'd suggest checking the poverty guidelines to see whether you'll be above the minimum for support. For a 3 person household I'm not sure what it is, but I don't think it's as high as 77k.

Concentrate first on your 129-F. The affidavit of support can be submitted later, by your fiancee during the interview. That's what we did. Oh, BTW, I think he was refering to her as for that " good catch"..Joke Joke!!!
