I don't believe there is any significantly faster way to get your fiancee here. K3's might only be slower because of the time it takes to file the i-130 and get the NOA, then everything behind it is the same as a K1. Given you are reasonably lucky your NOA1 should arrive a few weeks after you mail the i-130 so the time savings may only be that much. But given that you will have to fly over there to marry, I'd say you're looking at the same amount of time. Either way you're looking at around 6 months from mailing to visa in hand.

The only thing that may be faster is DCF, but that all depends if you qualify. K-3 and CR-1/IR-1 are usually slower than K-1.

The largest time difference for most couples making this decision comes from the fact that if they've already met in the last two years, they can file the petition for K1 now. The spouse options have to wait until they actually get married. Filing months earlier means visa much earlier, Lord willing and creek don't rise, etc.

The fastest isn't always the best. Each couple needs to make their decisions based on their own priorities.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Take a look at the stats in the immigration timeline link at the top of the page. You should be able to get a feel of what others have experienced for both the K-1 and K-3 going through Manila. Good luck
