221g issued due to pending medical exam

Good day! I would like to ask if anyone has the experience of having the interview first prior to the medical exam. What really happened in our case is that our medical exam was rescheduled due to corona infection. Because of being infected with COVID, instead of having our medical exam first, we attended the interview first as adviced by the Agency so we were given 221g. We completed the medical exam last Jan 10, 2022 and was received by the embassy on Jan 16, 2022. Unfortunately, till this date we haven't received any update from the CEAC.

What does your status says on Ceac.?

still REFUSED, no update since then. It has been more than a month since they received the Medical result. I really don't know what is going on with our application. For all we know, we only need to complete the medical then Officer told us that they will issue the visa once they received the medical result.

What does last status update date .? Is that changed or same as your interview date.?

it was updated first on Jan 7, 2022, then the next update was Jan 15, 2022. But till this date no progress seen. We emailed the embassy but unfortunately no update. It got stuck on the Jan 15, 2022 update. No movement since then.

Hmm.! I didn’t know they work on Saturday aswell.! As 15 Jan was Saturday.! Is that London Embassy?

yes it is! our visa start with lnd2020******. you have any idea how many day do they normally issue the visa with this situation?

Have you email embassy.?they are very quick to answer.!

yes emailed them but just replied with generic message "they cannot tell how long would it take to complete the process". Normally the agency told us that it will take only 2-4 weeks. We emailed once a week but up to now no update to our CEAC. I don't know if were or AP as no notification given to us from the embassy
