I made my first inquiry on December 22nd they replied to that automatic sentence saying to be patient and that you know about delays and... blah blah blah. then I waited 30 days to do the 2 Inquiry and not being able to because they said that I had already requested and had to wait 30 days but it was more than 30 days and nothing. Then they changed the time and now I can't even make the inquiry because So today it's still March 2nd to inquiry this is a joke

There's quite a delay with the case processing. My assumption is that they will be working on April filers in mid-March, assuming that they ramp back up to 100 cases touched per day again. It doesn't seem like you'll be waiting 1 year to hear back, but it could be close to that time (for example, I waited 347 days to get an answer on mine).

I-129F Sent: 02/27/2021

Sent to Tokyo Embassy: 03/29/2022
