Jorgedig Once I completed the requirements I needed? I will surely share here why I am against vaccination. For now? I am just reading everyone's opinions. :)

You don't need to share it here.  It only matters to USCIS.

Well, if you don't want to consult with a lawyer, you'll need to be able to articulate better than that why you think your religion is against vaccines? Where does this idea come from (a book, a saying, a supernatural experience)?  Maybe check in with your local immigration help services to have them validate that your presenting your waiver request properly.

I get the feeling OP believes vaccine waivers are simple to obtain.

Truly my husband and I can't afford lawyer(s)

What is your plan in the likely event that it is denied?  Move back to your country?

Lemonslice Truly my husband and I can't afford lawyer(s). And I do not base my belief through religion. I just posted "religious belief" here because I followed what the Immigration Officer printed. But thank you though.

Well, there's only a limited amount of reasons why your can request a waiver.  Which one applies to your situation?

If you can't afford a lawyer, you have to start reading and do your research on how to write your request.  No one will be able to spoon-feed you, each situation is unique.

Lemonslice Don't worry. I am not a person who loves relying to anyone. Sharing experiences are very much appreciated. I never experienced being spoon feed tho. Also I absolutely AGREE that every cases are UNIQUE especially mine. I don't take the EASY road than the others. Educate before vaccinate what I remembered a person posted here years ago.

Can you afford the filing fee?

And can you afford to re-file if your first petition is denied?

I would save up the money and hire a competent lawyer well versed in waivers to help you out.

Here is a post from a few months back detailing the denial of a waiver based on religious grounds.

Thank you! :)

Do you oppose only covid vaccination or a

Is it all vaccination? For the former there are many Christian pastors who would talk with you and likely sign a waiver because of the issues with the vaccine coming from fetal cell lines.

I don't know about the other vaccines and haven't heard of anyone being either approved or denied on the RFE.
