How Often Expediate

Hi

 

Does anyone know how often an employer can put in a expediated request? 

 

And does a request denial cause you to go to the back of the line or do you keep your original DQ date?

Timeline

If the reasons for asking for expedited  visa have not changed,  it will be again denied

but they can ask again

 

which of the following are the reason(s) given for expedite?

Severe financial loss to company or person;
Emergency situation;
Humanitarian reasons;
Nonprofit organization whose request is in furtherance of the cultural and social interests of the United States;
Department of Defense or national interest situation;
USCIS error; or
Compelling interest of USCIS.
