Is the U.S Vaccine card good enough for proof of vaccination upon arriving in the Phillipines?

From the US Embassy website:

On December 21, 2021, the Philippine government, through the BOQ, confirmed that it will accept and recognize U.S. COVID-19 vaccine certificates, including the U.S. CDC Vaccination Card, as proof of vaccination status for people vaccinated in the United States.

Finally done...

I’m in the Philippines right now I traveled from LAX. I use my digital vaccine card from Walmart. The big thing is you’re one Health pass, they continuously look at that while you’re trying to make your way to getting your check bags. The process of getting off the plane until you’re ready to actually leave the airport is gonna take 2+ hours. They will verify your requirements three times. And it’s very organized like most things in the Philippines.
