Incorrect First Name on receipt for i485 and i485j

Hello Everyone,

 

The receipt notice I've received for I485 and I485j had an extra alphabet in my first name. I765 and I131 has correct name. I've filed them all concurrently. I tried to submit the typographic error form on USCIS website. It did let me submit a SR for I485j, but the website throws and error when I try to submit a SR for I485. 'The service or article you selected is not compatible with form I485, sub-type selected, and receipt number *********'. I tried calling the USCIS number 8003755283. But, as its automated,  it just keeps asking me to submit the typographic error correction form with out sending my call to alive agent. I'm not sure what I should do next to have my name corrected on the I485 notice. I've verified the documents we filed, and we had the correct names on them. It would be of great help to know if someone had similar issue and how they resolved. Also, How do I reach out to USCIS in this case?

Hi, I'm having the same issue. may you please tell me how did you mange this? while you were solving the typo you could work and travel?
