Hey guys, I’m January 2022 filer at CSC,

just curious if anyone from December has been approved yet to see when January cases will be processed next ?

Just got approved. 12/9/2021 PD, approved 1/10/2023 at CSC, so here's hoping yours is just around the corner.

Just got approved for my mom! NOA1 - December 13, 2021; NOA2 - January 12, 2023.

Also, note that I received an update "we have taken an action on your case" and when I looked at the status of my case, it just showed "your case is being actively reviewed", but then when I went to my account and looked at "Documents", this is where I saw the "I-130 Approval Notice", so please check the account rather than just the case status. Good luck to all!

We hit 13 months and still no AR1 (VSC). Chatted with a live agent through Emma yesterday, and they said the petition is undergoing "processing checks". Anyone else in December still in limbo?

I hit 13 Month tomorrow at CSC, nothing yet.

We will be at 13 months wait on Jan 26th (Texas Service Center). No change since active review status on 06/14/2021.... We are frustrated as well.

Also at VSC with no AR. Honestly, this is beyond cruel and frustrating, and I can’t believe people have to suffer from their incompetence. Loss of time, money, and most of all the worries. Not sure if this is the place for it, but I’m about to just go sit my butt on a public place in from the VSC and protest. Probably won’t do anything, but I can’t help just sitting here at home going through life with a huge chunk of me somewhere far away. It’s just not right, and I’m desperate enough to sacrifice everything in my life to be with her and to try and make a change for all that go through this, even though that’s very unlikely.
