No update from USCIS for Service Request

I submitted a Service request to USCIS but never got any response

I submitted i130 for my parents in October. While reviewing I realized I made 2 mistakes

1. I had wrongly entered "Last Marriage End date" to the date of my previous marriage end. My current marriage has not ended.

2. Petitioner country of birth mis-spelled as "Incia" instead of "India"

I added a service request to change this in December 2021 and I received an automated email saying it will be updated by 6th Jan 2022.

No communication after that.

Does it mean it has been updated or do I need to call them and follow up?

How bad does this reflect on application?

My concern is that if this question comes up in the interview, my parents will say that I am currently married and that would be different than what is in the application.

A different answer there can affect the interview outcome (maybe or maybe I am overthinking).
