i-130 petitioner is the wife (LPR), the beneficiary is a husband. We got a newborn daughter, born in USA, and she is a USA citizen. Do we have to add information about new born into i-130 petition in our case? How to do this? (our case is still waiting 10 months untouched, got few refuses on expedite request due to the pregnancy).

Assuming the I-130 was filed before the child was born, the answer is no, you do not need to add anything to the I-130.  At the NVC stage, the child will be accounted for on both your affidavit of support, and the husband's DS260 immigrant visa application.

Congrats on your new baby

No need to add your daughter to the petition, she will be a household member on the support affidavit and she will be listed as a family member on the visa application.  Otherwise, USCIS has no jurisdictional interest in a USC child
