The instructions for form i-129f state the following:

Answer all questions fully and accurately. If a question does not apply to you (for example, if you have never been married and the question asks “Provide the name of your current spouse”), type or print “N/A,” unless otherwise directed. If your answer to a question which requires a numeric response is zero or none (for example, “How many children do you have” or “How many times have you departed the United States”), type or print “None,” unless otherwise directed.

So, does this mean that anything that has a numeric value should be none?

i.e. It asks for A-Number or U.S. Social Security Number for my Beneficiary. Should this be "N/A" or "None"? Technically, the answer doesn't apply, because she has no A-Number or SSN. I essentially have N/A in every spot that I left blank, because it does not apply.

You are overthinking.  It says to write "n/a" unless otherwise directed.  The use of "none" is an example of otherwise directed.  Nowhere does it say use "none" for any not applicable field

Sometimes you may have to use “none” if the field parameters have been set to accept letters only and it rejects the “/“ character.. but.. this technicality doesnt seem high on the list of issues for USCIS. Thank fully. N/A or NONE seem to be equally acceptable
