Not understanding message

Hello, I applied for an immigrant visa for my husband and recently received the following message… I am not quite understanding it… why would I not be able to sponsor him? This was sent after filing the DS 260 and it’s classified as an IR1.
thank you for your help!

This is the message I received:

“The petition you have filed does not allow derivative status for family members. This means that any spouse, unmarried child under 21, or parent will require his or her own petition to immigrate”

it doesn't say i can not sponsor him/ it says there is not derivative such as a child rider for this petition .  if he has any children, example,  they need a separate petition.

and its a genertic message for all types of family like if u sponsor a parent ,  each would need a separate petition

Don't worry, it's simply saying the other family members of your husband like his children, his parents or his other spouse if any can't be immigrate using your petition. That's it.

They told you what it means in their message.  "This means that any spouse, unmarried child under 21, or parent will require his or her own petition to immigrate."

Your spouse has his own petition.  If there are no other family members immigrating, the message means nothing to you.
