I have several questions that I have extensively researched however, I am unable to find the answer.

1. Having a high level government clearance. Will this affect the re-investigation process if all information of my fiancé was already submitted to the security office? Because of submitting the K-1 Visa will my clearance be revoked or when my re-investigation comes, will it  halt my job indefinitely?

2. Will this indefinitely make me lose my clearance immediately when filed even though I already reported my relationship and submitted a foreign contact form since the beginning of my relationship?

3. Is there anyone or any office who may have answers to these types of questions lawyers definitely do not because already talked with 4 different ones.

4. Is it better to get married overseas with my fiancé and then apply for the CR1 or IR1 instead? And if so, would that need to be reported to the security office first for permission or better to execute then ask for forgiveness??

5. Is it better to pay for a visa Assessor who specializes in ensuring the k-1 visa documents are filed out correctly, in the correct order and works with the client directly? If so, does anyone know what that company or office is called?

Follow your agency/department rules on notification of foreign person cohabitation/marriage.

You’re not going to lose clearance as long as you follow all the steps.

Security office if your agency/department is the place to go.

Follow your agency/department rules. If getting married you’ll probably need to provide 90 days notice and future spouse’s bio details so they can run their checks.

Visa assessor? Follow the guides here and do.it.yourself and you’ll be fine regardless if you follow fiancé or spouse visa process.
