Can anyone explain how USCIS go about processing EAD's? My PD is 14 October 21 and I did my biometrics on 9 December and there's been no more movement on my case, however on the Lawfully app I have seen three case today with PDs in November 21 that have gotten their EAD approved . How does USCIS approve cases quicker than others?

They may have expedited their EAD's.

I asked them if the expedited and all 3 said they had not  expedite their EAD's and they filed under marriage based too, which is why I'm confused .

Lawfully prediction it’s not accurate. I did comparation with my friend the percentage is exactly the same even though our timeline is way way far from each other

These weren't predicted though , their cases were approved .

USCIS do what USCIS wanna do.

i don’t think anyone can answer the question

It can be many factors

There are people who wait EAD for 11 months and going but there’s people who got it less than 3 months still ( rare but it happened )
