That’s what I am planing to do I was started to make it complicated. lol  I am just going to do separate file for stamps, pics , receipts etc

What we did to make the whole thing ”easier” was adding titles, i.e.: Travel evidence/boarding passes/page 1 of 10

We sent a physical package, we did not file online.

So the way we organized things was in order to let them know what they were receiving.

On the cover letter we listed the items organized by category and mentioning the number of pages for each category.

Then, on the actual documents, each single page had a title and pages number typed, not the kind automatically generated by word.

I didn't scan.

I took pictures with the phone, uploaded them to my PC, created a word document, inserted the images, typed the title on each page and printed as pdf.

How would you recommend to put them .would you scan  the  passport page with each trip or just put all passport stamps in separate pages and caption them by trip?

Scan and use the snipping tool to consolidate them into a document, which you can then reduce the file size by printing to PDF

12 to 14. Reduce the margins of the page to the minimum and if needed, reduce the images a little.

I know I ask before since I am Mailing did you stack all these with boarding passes and Receipts of stuff on one binder clip ? Just trying go get a visual.

I recommend simple binder clips, one-sided pages for each section/form, with a cover page/letter for each, and sticky notes or tabs at the bottom of key pages if you like.  Sending folders will just make it more difficult for the USCIS staff to disassemble everything and scan into their system.  Good luck!

So where would I put the pages when sending them .  Like I need to put the pages somewhere when sending them by mail ?
