If people don't answer your questions, perhaps they a) don't know the answers. b ) don't understand what you're talking about.

You are the immigrant. You don't fill out an I-864. Your wife fills out an I-864 AND since you are working, you may include your own income on the same I-864.

Your mother-in-law should fill out an I-864A if she lives with you. If she lives some place else, she will need to fill out another I-864 and check the joint sponsor box.

Just do the I-864 again like they are asking you to do. Get all your tax returns and the medical exam, and also get a joint sponsor if this is what they want. I just noticed Jewel answered your question about the I-864 so I don't need to explain that.

I was down the pub, you posted this on Friday night FFS. ;)

Seriously, you need to adjust your attitude if you want people to help you on here. We're not being paid to do this.

Michael ~ I explained this to you the last time you posted something similar to this with claims that no one wants to help you. It was me who answered you and I actually said we are not an information desk nor a chat room with instantaneous answers.

There is no reason for you to be angry if no one answers you, it is just the way it goes sometimes. Not everyone will know an answer to your question and, even if they do, after reading your following-on posts perhaps they might not feel inclined to help you anyway.

All I know is that the I-864A is for the joint sponsors to fill out. You should complete the I-864.

No, I-864A is for household members whose income is being included on the sponsors I-864. Joint sponsors fill out a I-864.
