It's been almost a month since DFA sent me the transmittal details. PSA has the document at this point, it's been transmitted. I was told that once I have the transmittal details I can order it through PSA. 1.5 months extra from today seems insane. It's already been 6 and a half months since the package was sent to the consulate general in San Francisco and 3 months since the Report of Marriage was processed by them and sent to DFA. DFA told me in the email with the transmittal details that I can now order the document from PSA. So they are wrong?

DFA will not know procedures/backlog of PSA.  My previous comments are based on experience.  PSA have received it BUT it is archived, they have not extracted it.  My Transmittal date: 08 JULY 2022.  We requested right away providing the transmittal info from DFA and got this response from PSA.

Subject: PSA Serbilis Notice

Subject Line: UNCONVERTED

Dear Mr./Ms. <name>

Reference No.       : 0822-###-###-###

The marriage certificates registered in UNITED STATES OF AMERICA for the month of September - 2021 have not yet been converted to electronic format. Therefore, these are not yet lodged in the Civil Registry System (CRS) database of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA). Your request will require manual search and retrieval in PSA's paper/microfilm archives, which means an additional processing period estimated at fifteen (15) working days.

If you have inquiries, please e-mail us at info@psaserbilis.com.ph.

Thank you.

Yours truly,

psaserbilis.com.ph Support Team

July 26 we receive the LBC package from PSA - result - Negative - so we got 5 copies of Negative response since we requested 5 copies.  - We understood this - the time of open request did not make it to its availability.

On September 12  - hoping that the estimated 15 working days have been fulfilled, we only requested 1 copy.  -  this one is Positive result.  We got our ROM on PSA.

I will ask her where she checks.  It is online and just shows if they are listed in the database.  I'm sure she doesnt pay each time she checks.

@John & RoseDid you ever find out where online she checks or is the email hunny&me left the best course of action?

FYI for the folks here...

Sent in my ROM package to the SF Consulate on 10/4 and received 10/7. They said it would be 4-6 weeks for them to process but they sent back my package on 10/13. Sent them an email yesterday and this is the response I got.

"Your approved Report of Marriage was mailed to you last 13 October 2022.
It will be transmitted to DFA Manila by mid of November via diplomatic pouch.
After approximately six (6) months to one (1) year you can secure an authenticated copy of your Report of Marriage at Philippine Statistics Authority."

Hopefully it will be done as fast as @hunny&meh's was done and we can get some copies in about 3-4 months.
