I applied back in October ( still no approval yet) for my husband.

However they are currently reviewing applications for that date so I’m hoping for an approval soon.

but I’m worried about whether I’ll be able to pass the financial requirements.

I originally had my dad to be my co sponsor but he unexpectedly passed away.

I don’t have anyone else here in the US who can be my co sponsor.

I had been living overseas for 10+ years. I returned to the US in August and immediately started working soon as I got here. Unfortunately I didn’t make the required 21k amount before the end of 2021.

I have tax returns from the previous years but it’s all my overseas income.

Will my current job and pay stubs be taken into consideration?

Or will I be forced to wait until end of 2022 to submit income tax.

Yes it will, they look at your current income

Most recent gross pay period income X number of pay periods per year = Current annual income.  That is what is important.......not what you earned last year.
