What was the issue with the police cert?

Apparently my lawyer uploaded only the first page, so nvc said it wasn’t complete

DQ’ed today. I will write some information that I thought can be beneficial for some.

1- We submitted our documents 19th of January.

2- We kept uploading whatever “additional” (NOT MAIN) document we thought could be needed until 3rd of March, so you can be sure that it DOES NOT put you back of the line.

3- I wish as smooth of an experience as we had for everyone! We didn’t get RFE or any delay throughout our process.

Thanks VJ family. You guys were always there to help.

Thanks  for the info. I also uploaded documents after officialy submitting. Now Im sure that it doesn't get you back. My review should be by May 5-12

Congratulations on your DQ!! Do you mind sharing what documents you added under additional documents. I originally submitted Jan 24, but then added an additional document on Feb 3. The document was added under additional documents not main. When I called NVC to see what my review date would be they said Feb 3. So I was pushed back. I want to upload some documents but I think it depends what category you upload in additional documents that can push you back.

What NVC said may not be true. A lot of people submit like you did and never get pushed back. They may just tell you whatever they see the latest upload date as.

Is there a way to speak with next level representative when calling NVC? I just spent an hour on hold and finally got hold of somebody and they couldn’t answer anything.
- I just wanted to make sure that all the required documents have been submitted and my case is in line to be reviewed. Is there anywhere on website does it say that your case is waiting to be reviewed? May be I am missing it. Right now it just has fees- paid, documents - submitted and application- completed. Does that mean it’s in queue?
- also wanted to ask NVC weather we are supposed to submit new edition of I-864 and if doing that will affect my turn in line.

after completing and submitting the required documents, as well paying fees, you are in line to be reviewed. It will be a 13-14 week wait since your submission date before you see any status change.

Thank you. I uploaded 2021 tax transcripts, some 1099s, scanned passport etc. What did you upload?

Someone shared a Jan 20 DQ on Facebook. Hopefully we're up next with Jan 21 but looks like we may have to wait the weekend.

Resubmitted on Jan 19th and I'm still waiting, no response from nvc yet.
