No matter which role you're logged into (petitioner, applicant) it's all the same and doesn't make any difference.

As of Friday 4/1, it seems most people getting DQ'd that day submitted their paperwork on Jan 7th. I've been watching Facebook as well as here. That means we're working with an approx. 84 day processing time right now.

I just joined a lot of CR1/NVC Facebook groups and scroll through my group feed. You can also search for 'dq' and limit the search filter to recent posts from Your Groups and Pages.

Does submission to DQ generally follow the timeframes for everyone?  Or does it vary like with USCIS and I-130 processing times?

Same time frames for everyone, +/- possibly up to 1-2 weeks

i ended up submitting  several birth certificates (and that is back when originals were mailed in with petition 

the system needs major overhaul like a good programmer (i mean a good one )  for online petitions,   and better data entry
