Has anyone added documents to the applicant's profile after initial submission without being pushed back to the end of the line?

Just realised my PCC has a very big error and will have to upload a new PCC once it is rectified.

What kind of error?  If the existing one conforms with the requirements listed in the DOS Reciprocity page, I suggest just leaving it be.  Then upload the corrected one after DQ prior to your interview.

It is the correct PCC but I realized they wrote "USA" for country of origin not South Africa.

Yes I received my email today during the morning at about 9am. I'll be having an appointment at the us embassy in Barbados, so gonna hope that I get a quick response for when I'll be scheduled to attend.

By the way, our DQ came at 9:12 PM Pacific time. Past midnight at NVC. So make no assumptions about what time of day it might arrive.
