Hi Guys Fernanda here, can't get into my original membership for some reason. Wanna let you know ROC sent Jan 2022. On Feb 11th my GC expired, they sent me the notification I don't have to present for fingerprints, last month got a letter stating the USCIS I'd extending my expired GC for 2 years. And that's about it.

Supposedly, the waiting times for my center is 2 years and 7 months 🥲

Hi!  Did you mean to say Jan 2023?

Which is your service center?

Hey all -

Quick question, when providing copies of utilities bills and other monthly statements...how many should we include? Just a few months or everything since original conditional green card interview?

Gracias!

Here are your options:

1. Submit all monthly statements from the time you got married until now. This is an interpretation of what USCIS instructions for I-751 say.

2. Submit quarterly statements from the time you got married until now.

3. Submit all monthly statements from GC approval until now

4. Submit quarterly statements from GC approval until now.

People on this forum do one of these 4 options. All options can get you approved, all options can trigger RFE or get you denied. Safest option is 1, lightest option is 4.

What you don't want is only submit few recent statements. Or if you don't follow some system and submit random months from random years.

What @OldUser said.

You can also do quarterly from the marriage until the first GC, then monthly between GC and ROC.

It is up to whatever you feel comfortable.  If you have plenty of evidence (i.e. utility bills, medical bills, etc.), then quarterly should be fine because you have quality over quantity.  I believe you have a child together, correct?  If so, I would say there is no need for you to make the package that big.  Do your child's BC, leases/mortgages, insurance, tax transcripts, etc. from the time of your marriage until the ROC.  Then, just do quarterly statements on utility bills and bank statements from the marriage until the ROC.

Sent our package off this morning!

We ended up with a 2.5 in thick stack -- paperclipped, tabbed, rubber banded -- all inside a simple expanding wallet thing from Staples then shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Whew! Now we waiitttttt

Hi! :)  Can you send me your number via private message?  I can have someone add you.

Also, we will be Potomac buddies.  You are lucky you got a notification on the biometrics.  We applied in September and have not heard NADA on biometrics. :(
