It's all academic..........CR1 has been approved after 70 days! Completely wrong footed us! We don't have an I-130 filed for the dependant child........finding it difficult to get concrete information on what we should do now...............The intention was to go K3/K4 route and file the child's I-130 with AOS papers.

If we file I-130 for the child will they fast track it so that it catches up with mine? or

Can my husband file it in the US after I arrive (would the child be allowed to enter US with me without it)?

Or even at the consulate here in London? That's assuming he K3/K4 doesn't clear in the next week or so.

Alot alot of questions......got to find the answers.

I feel Good...........like the moon is shining just for me!
