Receiving I693 deficiency letter after AOS from K1 visa

Hello, May I ask if anyone happen to receive the I693 deficiency notice while you entered U.S. with K1 visa? I sent the AOS application within one year of my medical exam date but still received the courtesy letter to remind me about I693 medical examination. I think I can just bring the Ds3025 (vaccination report) and X-ray CD to the interview and tell the officers i already finished my medical exam in my home country?
Thank you!

Is your DS-3025 marked "Complete"?  If so, yes, just bring it to the interview.

Thank you for the reply! Yes, it marked “K visa applicant voluntarily completed vaccination requirements.” 😊
