Did you list her as your daughter when you filled out your immigration forms?

No. We were looking for a way to include her on the form. My husband asked a lawyer and it was a negative answer because of her age at the time we got married, so we didn't list her.

2 issues, can he petition her, no.

Should you have disclosed on your application that you had a daughter yes. An issue but others have got past it.

The I-130 specifically asks about your children.  The attorney should be reported.

Not to add salt to the injury, but the following forms ask for your children: I-130, I-485, I-751, and N-400. So there are many ways to include her in the form. Now you wanting to sponsor her might be doable, but not so easy. Time to consult with an attorney (certainly not the one you have)

This is unfortunate and will complicate your process.
