Just use the boarding passes going in and out of South Africa.  The rest are not needed.  They don't need to know about the details of your travels, just the entry and exit dates from South Africa.  AND...you only need the short end of each boarding pass.

Maybe it just worked for me so I agree but I had the copies of my stamps in the passport for the same day so that might of helped as well

Of course.  The passport stamps are the actual evidence.  That makes the itineraries helpful information in understanding the passport stamps.
