I think since it’s 6 trips 

I will just create 6 pdf files from PowerPoint 

each trip just add pics and 

stuff 

 

what about letters and gift to each other ?

So don't do it with your evidence.  Really, one PDF of no more than 20 pages.  You want them to see it.  You send six PDF files totaling 40 pages and you'll have zero control over what they see.  They simply will NOT open six files and scroll through 40 pages.  Not going to happen.  Not needed.

Here's a suggestion.  Start the first page by saying, "I visited my spouse in South Africa six time for a total of X days over the last X years.  Supporting evidence follows."   

 

Those two sentences is what they need to know.  Then they can spend maybe two minutes skimming the boarding passes and a few photos.  Put as many of the boarding passes on the same page as possible.  THAT is how you make sure they see what they NEED to see.

So my question is how big of a font one page should be so it doesn’t look small . Cause boarding passes can be long especially if you have two pages for flying there and returning.

Sorry, no one here can do that for you. You’re gonna have to play around with the word doc and figure it out on your own.

I think you are confused about what a boarding pass is.  Usually, then are about two inches by two inches.  Maybe sometimes two inches by 5 inches.  I would expect to put several boarding passes on one page.  Normally all you would have would be the small end of what you see in the image below.

No I know what they are I mean what if theirs multiple boarding passes for a stop layover .  Like I Normally go from Fl to like Atlanta to Amsterdam to Cape Town. If you add all the passes it fit the whole page . That’s not  even returning  flight . So do you just put the flight going into Cape Town ? Not all passes.example below
