Hello, my interview for February 3rd, today, was canceled on January 14th. Just now, the case was changed to actively reviewed? Is this a good sign? I chatted with uscis agents like 4 times to make sure it was indeed canceled so I wouldn’t get a no show… any insight?

"Actively being reviewed" has seemed to become the new "somebody opened your case and edited some info but it doesn't really have to mean anything".

When you will be rescheduled depends on what you were cancelled.

Did they cancel your interview for their sake or did you move and now require a transfer?

They canceled because of “unforeseen circumstances.” The fact that the original interview was today and the case status updates right after the interview was supposed to finish is kind of strange.

we are aos from k1 visa if that means anything lol.

Strange?

Not really.

They know they cancelled your interview so someone was likely looking into your file to see what they need to do next.

Define what you mean as strange.....

I guess you’re right with that. What I’m hoping, though highly unlikely, is our interview is waived. It would be nice with how everything has gone. My wife is pregnant now and she was happy the original interview was canceled because of her severe morning sickness.
