how to read visa bulletin dates correctly

Can someone help me look up the dates from the correct category for F2A on visa bulletin board. There are two blocks of information:

A.  FINAL ACTION DATES FOR FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCE CASES

B.  DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED VISA APPLICATIONs

Which category should someone filing I-485 for spouses and children of LPR be looking under? (I130 approved). On I-130, priority date says 09/21/2021. So I-485 is ready for filing? Thanks!

As per the USCIS website: "applicants in the F2A category may file using the Final Action Dates chart in the Department of State Visa Bulletin for February 2022."

 

Date is current on the Final Action Dates chart, so yes, you can file now.

I called through USCIS and the agent said to go ahead file I485. If rejects, they will provide the next steps. But I called again this afternoon and the agent directed me to talk to NVC.  I am still asking around to find a lawyer with this kind of experience. Or file 485 and let USCIS reroute my case...So messy!
