Question about submitted documents to NVC (SPLIT)

The document was the death certificate for previous husband of beneficiary, that's me. The strange thing is, it had already been accepted by USCIS without the back side scan. Several people have faced this problem with NVC, or so I have heard.

Hey everyone please I need help, I submitted my documents to NVC but the status was saying submit requested documents and I got no email or message from them it's that normal?
