Hello everyone! Just a quick intro for myself, I used visajourney back in '15 when I was changing my status. So thankful for this site! Anyway, I'm now a US citizen and I applied for my parents to come from Latin America.

They are both self-employed and I noticed there was no more questions or places I could elaborate on this more. I was thinking of adding some evidence from them such as letters or things showing what they do etc. Would that be helpful at all? Or should I just leave it as is? I just don't want a Request for Additional Info that would delay things.

US government is interested in knowing wat they do only if they are working on something detrimental to the US. Otherwise,  putting "self employment" on where it asks for their employment is enough.

2015-10-05: NVC assigned Case number, Invoice ID & Beneficiary ID

2016-06-30: DS-261 completed, AOS Fee Paid, WL received

2016-07-08: NVC Scan

2017-06-30: Interview, approved

2017-07-04: Visa in hand
