Questions about i129f

Hello everyone...we are in the middle of filling the i129f i just have few questions 

 

1-should i include my paid internships in the employment history ? 

 

2-section 38d about passport number and country of issuance we only fill that if the beneficiary has entered the states before or in both cases 

 

3-if there are more than2 employment history where do type the rest ?

1. Yes.

 

2.  People tend to read this section incorrectly.  Passport information only if the beneficiary is CURRENTLY in the US (page 6, sentence just above 38.a.)

 

3. Part 8.

We are working through an immigration attorney and had multiple items for Part 8. The attorney just titled the page as an addendum and put all of the data in as it would be listed in the I-129F.

To keep the timeline correct, we included (right or wrong) periods of unemployment.  Best of luck to you!
