hello  i was married to a us citizen  i had my 10 year green card we had divorced .

i have all my documents . i am no  longer with my wife and officially divorce in my uscis package for my naturaliza based on the 5 year rule do i need to include my ex wide passport informations and details ..... 

i am applying based on 5 year rule /

 

please any checklist would be much appreciated

Whatever the N400 asks for plus evidence like for I-751 that it was a bonafide marriage. So know your addresses lived on, taxes, and similar. Bring a copy of divorce decree.

Hi! I have never heard of anybody being asked about the spouse's passport information. Just make sure you requested for Tax Transcripts and bring it with you.

we are legally divorced and i have no rights taking her passport or id at uscis it makes senses thank you

You are welcome. Please bring your OLD passport/s (the ones you have since you got here). I was asked for mine.

Yes, I adjusted status from a work visa
