divorced and filing for us citizenship

hello  i was married to a us citizen  i had my 10 year green card we had divorced .

i have all my documents . i am no  longer with my wife and officially divorce in my uscis package for my naturaliza based on the 5 year rule do i need to include my ex wide passport informations and details ..... 

i am applying based on 5 year rule /

 

please any checklist would be much appreciated

Whatever the N400 asks for plus evidence like for I-751 that it was a bonafide marriage. So know your addresses lived on, taxes, and similar. Bring a copy of divorce decree.

Hi! I have never heard of anybody being asked about the spouse's passport information. Just make sure you requested for Tax Transcripts and bring it with you.

I applied for N-400 after divorce and didn't have to bring anything related to my marriage, only tax transcripts and those weren't even looked at.

That is really helpful to know. Did you ini ally obtain the Green Card thru spouse/marriage?

Yes, I adjusted status from a work visa
