Congratulations!!! I can't wait to get my interview scheduled. From what I gather, normally the interview is scheduled for 7-8 weeks after receiving the notification, right? I am trying to plan for holidays outside the US but of course I wouldn't want to be out of the country for when the interview would be scheduled.

The citizen interview notification and letter is sent and received up to 2 months in advance. So you get up to 2 months notice.

Hey guys, I have a quick question....at the interview will you be given options to choose from when being asked the civics question or only the questions will be asked without answer options?

Hi, there is no multiple choice. Just have to know the answer.

Lover and hubby to 1, Daddy to 2. I do enjoy growing older but not growing up.

Don’t worry. Everyday for the month before my interview I went through all 100 questions. It becomes second nature by interview day. There are plenty of YouTube videos going through the questions and the USCIS website has a practice

Congratulations! Good luck in the study. One quick question: When you log in online, does the interview appointment appear under documents? even if they didn't send the email?

I am very happy to be done with my immigration journey!

Field office: Manchester NH.

I showed up to the interview with my husband and our toddler, as it was a combo interview. The officer was super friendly and told us she usually separates couples but wouldn't separate us because she had already reviewed our file. The exam was extremely easy, she asked me 6 of the civics questions, then had me write a short sentence and read a question. She then confirmed all of my information, asked me some of the security questions "are you a princess? unfortunately no lol" and recommended me for approval. It was overall a very pleasant experience and I think we were done in under 30 minutes.

Good luck to all.
