Our case has been sent to the NVC and we received the emails from NVC with list of documents required and our case # and invoice #. When I log on to CEAC it says the first step is to pay the AOS and IV fees. I am under the impression that I can pay both now however when I searched this topic I am only finding 5+ year old posts saying they are not to be paid at the same time. What is the process now? Also since everything is electronic I am assuming I can pay by credit or debit card unlike previously? Thanks!

Just go into your account and pay. Yes u can pay one then the other right away. No big deal. No you need a US bank account to pay.

Great, thank you for the quick reply. 👍 I get paid tomorrow so will pay both then. I guess they will do a direct debit from my checking account. I just requested my tax transcripts for the last 3 years but haven't filed my 2021 taxes yet, will provide W2 for 2021.

dwheels explained it. Just go ahead and pay the fees using your bank account.

It will take couple of days to process before you can submit AoS and civil documents.
