Hello Guys!

 

i need help! (Military question)

 

so my husband got orders to go to South Korea and i am coming with him, a lady told us in a briefing that i would need a reentry permit to come back here. 
 

Is that true? Can anyone help?

Hello Everyone!

 

i just want to ask what are the requirements for naturalization? 
 

My husband is going to South Korea this July and i’m going with him. 
I just want to know if i can get it done before we leave? (Conditional green card holder)

If your name is on his orders then you don’t need a re entry permit. 
 

And you can most likely get citizenship before you leave since you have plenty of time until he has to leave the US. 
 

if you google 319(b) naturalization there is a lot of information about the requirements from USCIS and other government sources. But here is a link to get started, and which is the one I used to guide me. 
 

i just completed the process a couple of weeks ago, but I was already overseas when I applied. The process is the same though. So if you have any more specific questions I can help with that.
