I'll bump this up.

Is anybody scanning for February? I think it should be time for some movement. :jest:

I don't use a script like the others, but I scan it weekly manually using the CaseTracker app. Later today or tomorrow I will scan the groups and add to my spreadsheet.

And nope, no movement at all so far. Maybe in the next two weeks February will be touched!

Sorry! I can’t edit the post anymore but the graphic above should read “as of March 17th”. Forgot to change it.

Ok, so I ran the numbers right now and what really surprised me was the numbers of RFE yesterday and today on ranges 48000 and 48500. There was even a "Request for Initial AND Additional Evidence Sent". That's a new one for me. Seems someone opened the 48000-48999 files just to check the incomplete ones and decided to send RFEs?! No idea.

There was one approval though, not expedite, from a previous RFE. But the numbers didn't go up because an early approval was now sent back to USCIS by the department of state. Even though the RFEs surprised me, can't say they started February yet. Maybe next week, hopefully.

Here are the numbers from today and a graphic whose idea I stole from @mw & rg k1/ @Ngillet, but mine is different because they use custom script. The (+x) means the difference from last week, March 10th.

Full data is always found here.

112
Approved Cases
278 Denied/Rejected (+2) 18
RFE Sent and Received (+8)
2959 Untouched/Other Action 104 Withdrawals
(+3)

Not dumb at all, no worries. You are an early filer, so that means you're probably on a range with more January cases than February cases (probably 46000-46499). Since the majority of cases are from January, to save time I excluded this range knowing that January filers would scan it already. Same thing with range 56500, most cases are from March 22, not February, but there are some end of February there.

Probably no February 1st cases are in the range I start with, that's why it says Feb 2, the earliest date I could find. It is really just a matter of saving time, unfortunately, since scripts and CaseTracker can't be precise and filter only Feb cases :(

Actually I'm 47500 range and there are several January filers in it. It's like from 46500 to 47500 the shuffled a deck of cards and said here's your number.🤣🤣🤣

Oh wow, probably you're one of the only ones from the beginning of Feb in this range so I didn't catch that! It's crazy, since it's all paper based, I feel they sometimes just find lost boxes and get them into the system out of order!
I tried to get the groups in sequence that had the majority of Feb cases in it, but it's always approximate with groups of 500 like that. Well, you won't need to check on January numbers then! haha and on the graph above you're on the first bar from Feb 2-6 as well.

Hm, denied expedite requests don’t change your received date at all (only if you sent the expedite along with your i-129f form? Not even sure if this is possible!). What’s the received date on your NOA1 letter? If it’s February 1, that’s the date you should focus on, forget about the expedite denial.

I was curious and it seems they started on February. I saw an approval just today (March 20th) of an February 7th 2022 petition.

I saw an approval also for a Feb 1st case and just thought to myself it's random because they're too close to January.

I'm scanning other ranges superficially and it's blowing my mind how many are being approved today. It does seem they started February, I just don't want to jinx it yet! haha I will scan it fully once their work day is over, will post here later. Good luck everyone!

Wow, their work day started 10 minutes ago and there's already 16 new approved cases on range 48500 alone. Help.
I will only run the full numbers when the day is over but wow.
