Our case with NOA1 of 22 Feb 2022 was finally approved on 14 June after 477 days. It looks like they are finally cleaning up untouched cases in Feb. Good luck to everyone still waiting, hopefully any day now!

I am taking advantage since today is a federal holiday to scan the numbers I didn't Friday. So this counts as a Friday + weekend update. And look at 55000... someone decided to work hard on Friday! haha

Hi, everybody!
Just to let you all know I will stop updating the spreadsheet on a daily basis. That doesn't mean I will stop at all, but it will be less often and when I do have some time to spare. I also will stop posting the results by range here (though it's easier to see it by range on the spreadsheet). I just saves me time. But if I see anything out of the ordinary, I will post it here. I know people are still waiting on NOA2s, stay strong, it's coming!

And just FYI, I updated it on Saturday, and I plan to update it again tomorrow.

Totals are as follows (as of June 23):

Just to let you all know I've been having A LOT of issues scanning with CaseTracker since USCIS updated the case status page. Many SSL errors and time outs and unfortunately I can't deal with it when I am scanning 20 ranges of 500 cases. I've been trying everyday but some cases get this error and then my whole range is ruined.

I will keep trying but don't count on the spreadsheet being totally updated too soon.
I'm sorry about that and I'm specially sorry for all of those still waiting!

Thanks for what you've done for this group. I'm always in awe with your dedication. It takes a lot of time to manually scans these groups. Kudos! 👏

@Bh_sarah Don’t worry about it! You’ve done so much for us all anyway and you’ve earned the right to take it easy. I’m just glad to see your case is progressing nicely. 
 

Just an update for our application: We’re on day 515 and still nothing to report from USCIS. We have contacted our state senator, to which they replied almost immediately and assured us that they’ve enquired and emphasised the urgency of the matter. Let’s see if it actually does something! On a brighter note, I’ll be flying to see my fiancé a week today!

I wish I kept updating it until all the pending cases I know get approved! I'm rooting a lot for you and visiting your timeline to see if you updated it (though I think you would tell us here too!). So glad your senator was willing to investigate, hoping this triggers something! And so happy you get to spend time with your fiancé, fingers crossed your approval will come now so you get to celebrate together!!!!

Update on the Senator response. Recieved this email from them regarding the USCIS enquiry:

 

"Thank you for your inquiry, relating to the petition filed with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Your constituent’s case is currently in transit to an officer. Your constituent should receive a notice of action* within 45 days from the date of this response. If a notice is not received after 45 days, please submit a new inquiry."

 

No idea what this really means but I suppose it is better than "your constituent's case is within the normal processing time"!

"In transit to an officer" sounds like they transferred from an officer to another? I mean, why is it in transit when your petition has been there all along? Weird!
Well, waiting 45 more days is infuriating too but gotta celebrate the little victories. I'm glad your senators could get this info and not just a generic response! Praying you hear something way sooner than 45 days!
