Hello everyone!
help please 😔 we filled I-129F and documents on Feb 11 2022. Today march 03, we received the notice rejection  because the date of the check was wrong we put 2020 instead 2022 (we received only one sheet, they did not return the entire package we submitted).
my doubt is, we should be sent only the check with the correct data or we must submit all documentation again i.e. Form I-129F, evidence, etc etc?
Did this happen to anyone here?  Thank in advance you for your support 🙏

The document said:
The date on the check/money order you submitted is not current. The check/money order date either has expired or it is in the future. Please send your application/petition with a check/money order for today's date to the address listed on the bottom of this page.
recently, you submitted an application for immigration benefits. That form was submitted with an extra remitance that is not required to process your application. Your payment is being returned to you with this notice. No additional action by you is required at this time.

Package sent Feb 24th but haven't had a reply since then. It's been almost 4 weeks and I'm starting to get a little anxious that we did something wrong, especially with all the others getting their NOA1 so quickly.

Did you get tracking on the package?

She said she didn't. Is there any way to confirm with uscis or with usps?

I’m not sure. I’m surprised she didn’t get tracking on the package. USPS usually ask do you want tracking. You  can try to call USCIS.

My K1 visa.

I-129 F Sent February 4th, 2022

I-129 F - Notice Date - February 7 , 2022 (NOA1)

Not sure how everyone else is going but I’m already so stressed that this process seems to take so long…

There are still 33,550 cases pending from January 2021 to Feb 7th. If they process 100 cases per day inc weekends we will get our NOA2 in 335 days from today. Sigh…

The most stressful piece of the puzzle is the waiting. Everything else is easy.

We're accustomed to waiting. Fortunately, I'm able to go to Thailand several times each year.

I hope you got the reply by now. But if you didn't, was your check cashed?

Hey. As an update, it turned out she signed the form in the wrong place, so the check wasn't cashed and we had to fill another application with all the proper requirements that got accepted last week. So just as a general advice, make sure you sign the proper way!
