Text message timewait?

Hello, it’s been 15 days since my AOS was delivered (January 18th), and still haven’t received the TEXT MESSAGE (I know the physical letter takes time) but I wanted to know if anyone else had this time waiting for the TEXT MESSAGE

 

I came with a K1 visa.

What about the payment? 

Was your check cashed or credit card charged? 

That's a good way to tell they received and processed your case.

They haven’t charged it yet

it was credit card and we sent the credit card form signed and completed

Give them a week or two and then call customer service to inquire. 

Hopefully you won't need to wait that long and receive your case number this week.

Do you have your A number. if you do. chat with Emma, type live agent, follow thru and they will connect with you the agent, they will be able to give you the info,  the case number and all if they have it on the system

5 days since we filed and our card was charged but no text message yet. seems like every lockbox has their own order of operations or timeline. we filed to the phoenix location!
