Not asking for you to tell me what the reason for the denial in the first relationship was because that's none of my business, but I am guessing that would be the key. If it was denied because of something questionable on your end then I would expect that would hold true the second time around. If you were denied because of something on the previous fiancee's end then that should not be a problem with a new fiancee.

How long between the first and second  woman?

Honestly i don't know the outcomes of the NOIR or the resaon of the denial, i tried to ask her but she cursed me then she blocked me lol

i think the consular wasn't convinced enough of the relationship because i asked a local employee in the embassy and she told me that

there is a year gap between the 1st and the 2nd one

I AM asking because that is vital information required to provide helpful advice.  Giving advice without all the information would be useless.

If so, evidence of a LOT of time actually spent together will be a key to avoid that this time.

So there will be no problem with filing a new petition with another woman ?

There is nothing preventing your potentially future spouse from filing a new CR1/I130 petition for you.  As others have said, make sure you have good details as to the first application with the other woman and how the relationship ended.  It seems like you are heading down a better path with your now girlfriend as she has already been to visit three times, and if you plan to do the spousal visa, she will have to come back at least once more.  Maybe @JeanneAdil will weigh in here on more regional specific potential red flags.  That being said, no one can guarantee any new petitions will be approved.

Good Luck!

Do you mean by the USCIS , NVC or the embassy ?

Any of them, but the consulate in this case would probably be the biggest hurdle.

A definite red flag is that you have met both of these women online. What website did you meet this 2nd girl? You will have to overcome this with lots of time spent in person.

Also as others have said, you need to know why your previous k1 was denied. What was the age difference between you and the first woman? How many times did you meet before you filed? What online website did you meet at?

Because North Africa is a high fraud area with visas and you already have one denial with a different woman, it would probably be best to go the cr1 route. Especially because you can appeal this if it is first denied.

Thanks mon frére,

so basically i have access to all those informations

i've met the 1st one on facebook, the 2nd one on a dating app for pepole seeking mariage so it's a legit place

the age difference with my ex was 5 years she was older then me

my actual gf is 1 year younger than me

What you have said about your ex doesn’t appear to have many red flags besides meeting online. So I can’t really speak much to that. Was she Muslim, Christian, or Jewish? Sometimes religion can be a problem. If they aren’t one of the above it can be a red flag.

Meeting your current partner on a dating app is a red flag. It can be viewed as you looking for a way out of your country. So while it is a place for people looking for serious relationships the consulate will be very critical of you because of it. Spending time together and having co-mingling finances and doing as much as you can to combine your lives will be best.

The cr1 can be appealed that is correct.

Yes we are both serious about our relationship and we are planning to have a child together, there was a same case i saw in the show 90 days fiance where the petitionar was a woman and she applied for a k-1 visa for her previous boyfriend than he divorced her once he was in the USA than she applied for another k-1 with a tunisian guy and it was approved again (look for Zied and Rebecca)

so my pex gf is muslim and the second one is christian

It’s possible, I’m aware of their story. We just don’t know all the details of it, and it’s a different consulate so hard to say it will be the same result for you.  Going the k1 route is more risky. It can’t be appealed so if you are denied you have to start over.

Typically the immigration process isn’t really helped by having children. So if you have kids, it’s not going to make it easier for you to get approved. The consulate usually only cares if the woman is of child bearing age, like is she able to have a kid. Not if the couple has one.

We know u are the only person who knows how genuine your relationship is and how much you and your fiancee love each other..

We are not to judge or decide ..that is left for the embassy to decide that..

But what I think is important is ..

What is the timeline of this relationship?

When did the last one end for this one to begin...what is the spacing like??

Why only Americans??...it's quite a red flag though..not just because of the first...it would look like after the first denial with an American woman...how possible again filing a petition with another American woman..

You should put yourselves as the consular officer...it looks suspicious..

You should be prepared to give a very convincing answer...

Thank you,

so basically i'll go the CR-1 route, but nothing is sure right, the risk of denial is still there, and there is a risk of never be
