Hello everyone,

So this is my story, I the beneficiary was in a relationship with an American woman we applied for a K-1 visa but the visa was denied by the US embassy, we break up months after the denial because the relationship became so toxic between us,

After a year I met another American woman online she visited me 3 times and we want to apply for a new visa, she knows about my past relationship and I told her about everything

So is there any problem with applying for a new K-1 visa, especially with the USCIS and the NVC?
Do you advise me to apply for a K-1 visa or a CR-1 visa ?
thanks for your replies

I would agree, the CR1 would most likely be better.

Good Luck!

No one can answer that.  The fact that you had a previous relationship with a US citizen will likely be questioned.  One question might be "Why are you seeking American women online"??

Yes, that is the kind of scrutiny you can expect.

you are right, i was asked that previously, i met her online actually , same goes for the other girl

the question is, can i apply again or there is any legal restrictions for that ?

Not asking for you to tell me what the reason for the denial in the first relationship was because that's none of my business, but I am guessing that would be the key. If it was denied because of something questionable on your end then I would expect that would hold true the second time around. If you were denied because of something on the previous fiancee's end then that should not be a problem with a new fiancee.

How long between the first and second  woman?

I AM asking because that is vital information required to provide helpful advice.  Giving advice without all the information would be useless.
