Return I-130 from US Embassy to USCIS

Hello,

 

We have i-130 approved in 2020 and initially we filed consular processing. But due to pregnancy while in US, we deciced to do AOS instead of consular processing. We emailed embassy to return i-130 to USCIS but their reply was USCIS is the one who need to send the request.

earlier this month, we have our i485 AOS interview, it went well but USCIS officer couldnt locate our i-130 approval on the file nor their system.

 

Usually how long does it takes for USCIS request i-130 back from the embassy?
