Hello!

I couldn't find a question here that can answer my question. I am the petitioner and my Fiancé lives in UAE. Can I move there temporarily till we hear from USCIS? I can work from home from anywhere and I live with my family. I can get a studio there and my expenses would be the same.

Long distance relationship is hard (you understand how we feel). I don't want to live in UAE (I tried to like it since I went there in 2017, but I can't get used to it), but I want to be with him.

Yes. You can move to UAE.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.
