Has anyone ever noticed when Gascon speaks he sounds like Kermit the Frog?  Does anyone not see an issue with housing an adult pedophile that now identifies as a woman in a juvenile facility with young girls?  I know, they will be isolated, but I wonder how effective that will be.

In the “wokest” decision in recent memory, 26-year-old Hannah Tubbs, formerly known as James Tubbs, has been sentenced to two years in a juvenile facility after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl in the bathroom of a Denny’s restaurant in 2014.

 

California District Attorney George Gascón fought hard for the transgender sex offender, declining to prosecute her as an adult, as she — who was a “he” at the time — was two weeks shy of 18 when the assault took place.

 

Prior to sentencing, even the judge chastised the uber-progressive Gascón for treating Hubbs, a repeat offender, as a kid.

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

To be fair, he completely turned his back on his his supporters and went rogue. Even before this mind boggling decision, there was a recall campaign well underway, led by liberals.

Regardless, the Dems in LA still voted this guy in even while other Leftist leaders were saying he was crazy, so the argument that he went rogue after being elected seems off as there were definite signs beforehand.  That being said, the tide may be turning, so the recall may in fact succeed.  Of course the good folks of San Francisco didn't really improve after Gascon left for LA.
